Members from discussing the conduct of Heads of States and Governments of friendly countries? In this respect, Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, I think the Chair has, since yesterday, ruled that, that is out of order. The Chair should not continue to watch as hon. Members flout the rules of the House!"
