    "content": "We know the hue and cry that superseded the selection of this panel. We know the long wait that the country had to endure before we got this panel in place as selected by the President. We cannot ignore the fact that the Senate should be given due respect and addressed on issues as serious as this. However, at the same time, we are here to serve the country. We cannot delay this further. We should not be one of the bottlenecks of this process in terms of coming up with the commissioners of the IEBC. We cannot be one of the institutions that is creating bottlenecks. We have to facilitate the process and take up the issues of Parliament and our grievances to a different platform. With those remarks, Madam Temporary Speaker, I support."
