    "content": "thought this was a House of Members of Parliament only. I never thought that our students would one day be privileged to follow the proceedings of this House. I congratulate the President for meaning what he said. I am sure those TikTokers will know that the road leads you to Wajir and it is on its way to Mandera. Students from Mandera will visit Parliament. Without much ado, I welcome these youngsters. They represent the larger Northern Frontier District, and not only Kula Mawe.
