    "content": "It is against this background that I request a statement from the Chairperson of the Departmental Committee on Education on the following: 1. A report on the status of disbursement of capitation funds to public schools for the first term of 2025, including the total amount currently owed to public schools due to delays in disbursement. 2. The capitation amount allocated per child for examination and activity fees in primary and secondary schools and whether it is adequate for those operations. 3. The measures being taken by the Ministry to ensure timely disbursement of capitation funds. 4. Existence of any planned review of the amount of capitation funds allocated per child in light of the harsh economic conditions, noting that the money is not enough. Thank you, Hon. Speaker."
