When you started this programme, were there any local companies involved in the project, and what were the criteria for bringing them on board? 2. Now that we have data protection laws through the Data Protection Act in Kenya, what steps have you put in place to comply with Kenya's Data Protection Act and the Global Data Security Standards? 3. Before the ETA, there were countries that enjoyed visa-free access to this country. With the introduction of ETA, it meant that everybody had to pay some money. Are you disenfranchising them, and to what level does that speak to a foreign policy? Hon. Speaker, can he deal with that, and then I can add two?"
