I want to take this opportunity to remind the Waziri that Mandera North has units that were gazetted in the 2020/2021 Financial Year. I would appreciate it if those units were operationalised. As I said, we have a date with him. The people of Ashabito are waiting for him for the launch of a sub-county. He has a date with us. Hon. Waziri is most welcome to Ashabito Sub-County."
