Speaker, before I delve into the individual Questions, it is worth noting that four of the 11 Questions that were brought here today relate to the establishment and operationalisation of the new administrative units. This is of great interest to a majority of the Members, rightfully so, because many administrative units, some dating back to 2017, have been gazetted and not operationalised.
