I heard the Cabinet Secretary say that they have a list of the administrative units they will operationalise and that the priority is based on security and population size. Some administrative units in Kinangop were gazetted, and I happen to represent one of the biggest Constituencies in East and Central Africa. Kinangop Constituency is one of the seven largest constituencies in the Republic. I only have two sub-counties. The population is deserving. The administrative units have been gazetted but have not been operationalised for a long time. I would like to know whether the units are part of what the Cabinet Secretary proposes for operationalisation."
