    "content": "It is against this background that I request for a Statement from the Chairperson of the Departmental Committee on Lands on the following: 1. A report on the steps the Ministry of Lands, Public Works, Housing and Urban Development is taking to investigate the fraudulent transfer of parcel No.67 in Kajiado County (Isinya MRTC Demonstration Farm). 2. Measures being put in place by the Ministry to reverse the illegal transaction and restore the land to its rightful public status. 3. Actions being taken to bring to account public officers involved in facilitating illegal transfer of public land to prevent similar cases."
