    "content": "Madam Temporary Chairperson, I beg to move- THAT Clause 4 of the Bill be amended— (a) in paragraph (a), by deleting the word “welfare” and substituting therefor the word “rights”; (b) in paragraph (e), by inserting the words “inclusion and” and immediately after the words “promote the”; (c) in paragraph (i), by inserting the words “and compulsory” immediately after the word “free”; (d) by inserting the following new paragraph immediately after paragraph (p)— The electronic version of the Senate Hansard Report is for information purposesonly.
