    "content": "THAT Clause 24 of the Bill be amended by deleting— (a) subclause (4); (b) subclause (6) and substituting therefor the following new subclause— (6) Any contribution not paid to the scheme by a sponsor within ten days after the last day of the calendar month to which the contributions relate, shall attract interest which shall not be less than the interest declared during the period the contribution remains unremitted."
