    "content": "Mr. Temporary Chairperson, I beg to move- THAT Clause 32(1) of the Bill be amended- (a) by deleting paragraph (b); (b) in paragraph (c) by inserting the words “in collaboration with the County Disaster Risk Management Centers,” immediately before the word “formulate”; (c) in paragraph (h) by inserting the words “in collaboration with the County Disaster Risk Management Centre and the Authority,” immediately after the word “oversee”; and (d) in paragraph (m) by inserting the words “and the respective county assembly” immediately after the words “to the Authority”."
