    "content": "The Public Finance Management Act is amended – (a) in Cap. 412A. section 2 by inserting the following new definitions in their proper alphabetical order – “emergency” has the meaning assigned to it under section 2 of the National Disaster Risk Management Act; and “Disaster” has the meaning assigned to it under section 2 of the National Disaster Risk Management Act; (b) in section 110 by – (i) deleting the word “may” appearing immediately after the words The electronic version of the Senate Hansard Report is for information purposesonly.
