    "content": "Mr. Temporary Chairman, Sir, I beg to move- THAT the Bill be amended in Clause 2 by inserting the following new definition immediately after the definition of the words “climate change”— “climate change adaptation” means adjustments to ecological, social or economic systems in response to actual or expected climatic impacts, in order to moderate potential damages or to benefit from opportunities associated with climate change."
