    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, I want to say that I fully subscribe to the school of thought that we wanted to see that those who sacrificed for the Independence of this country were properly compensated and rewarded. I share the sentiments that apology is in order. I know, for example, that the Japanese Government apologized to the Chinese people for atrocities committed during the Nazi period. I also know that Germany has also apologized to the victims of the Nazi oppression."
