With all due respect to the Prime Minister, it has been the practice of this House that whenever a Minister stands to answer a Question or give a Ministerial Statement, the Minister starts by saying “a Member of Parliament from this and that constituency sought the Statement” and so on. However, when the Prime Minister rose, he said, “a Member of Parliament”. I would like to know from him who “a Member of Parliament” in this case is."
