"content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker Sir, my colleague is merely playing to the gallery. He was actually with us in that meeting when we engaged with the Members. This Committee does not have jurisdiction to rule on matters that are before the court. Therefore, we are writing a report and seeking a legal interpretation from our Directorate of Legal Services on the best approach to take regarding this matter. I have already stated here that we will present our report on Thursday next week. I urge my colleague to exercise patience with us, considering the situation in that place is extremely volatile. The former Speaker was removed forcefully."
