The former Governor of Meru County appeared in this House three times. The first time, the House chose to take her to a committee to prosecute her impeachment. There is a report that we filed in this House. I did not want to go that direction. I do not need to respond to you if as a Senator in this House, you have come up with a report, but have not read it. I do not need to respond to you because you are not doing your job. Mr. Temporary Speaker, Sir, when she was brought here for the second time, the same chauvinistic videos and conversations appeared in this House. We, as a House, sat on the same case and excused Governor Kawira on the basis of those conversations. There were lawyers and witnesses in this House. Everybody participated. If the Senator of Bungoma County was not keen in the proceedings that excused Governor Kawira on that basis, I can only help him by telling him to go and read those reports."
