Umulkher without a substantive motion, which is against the Standing Orders. Whatever sympathies you have for or against her, quietly go to her and tell her so that she can feel your empathy. But I will not allow you to comment because it will offend our Standing Orders. Sen. Falhada is an Hon. Member of an institution that is part of our parliamentary setup in the region, and she is elected by this House to go to the East African Legislative Assembly (EALA). So, she enjoys that privilege and so does Hon. Umulkher. The issue of recording is being investigated by the Parliamentary Police and the Serjeant-at-Arms. I do not want to have any presumptions as to who it was. Once the report comes out, you will get the communication."
