"content": " Hon. Speaker, now that we are talking about recruitment, I would also like the Cabinet Secretary to tell us why a teacher called Mary Chebet from Chepsiria in Nandi County, who graduated in 2020 and has a TSC number, cannot be employed by the TSC. The TSC claims that her combination of Physics and Computer Studies is inadmissible because she did not do computer studies while in high school. That lady did not admit herself to university. She neither cleared herself for graduation at the university nor assigned herself a TSC number. Therefore, she cannot be denied employment on the grounds that she did not do computer studies while in high school. Where was the Commission and the Ministry when she was in university and when she was given the TSC number?"
