"content": " Thank you, Hon. Speaker. Matters of education are very sensitive to Members. We will need a lot of time with the Cabinet Secretary – Maybe, a monthly session with him. Hon. Speaker, could the Cabinet Secretary – (a) provide a report on the distribution of textbooks to primary and secondary schools in the country? (b) provide a per-county list of staffing levels of teachers in both primary and secondary schools and identify the schools with significant shortages, including measures that are being taken to ensure that teachers are recruited to fill the gaps?
