    "content": "Moi. This time round, they will be held accountable once we do the quantification of the loss that the students have undergone. For instance, currently, the students are supposed to be applying to the Kenya Universities and Colleges Central Placement Service (KUCCPS) to get admission into university. So, when you hold their certificates, it means they will not be able to do so. You are actually killing their lives and yet, you have no contract with them. It is the Government that pays for examinations. It is not you who pays for the examination that leads to the certificate that is being issued. This time, we will take serious action against those principals. We have agreed with the Teachers Service Commission that they will take serious disciplinary action. As a Ministry, we will take legal action on behalf of the students. That is what we are going to do."
