I think the point the Cabinet Secretary is making is that it is wrong for any institution to hold back the life and progress of any student, especially considering that majority of them are children and, therefore, fall under the law he has quoted in Article 53 of the Constitution. Cabinet Secretary, that is a matter you are passionate about. Let me say you have done well to communicate it to the public, and I hope all principals are watching. Please, follow it through with action. Hon. Members, let us not over-flog it. Let us wait for action from the Cabinet Secretary."
