"content": "For the benefit and posterity of this House going forward, I request you to give a communication to the House which goes on record, outlining the issues that have been decided in the Supreme Court Ruling so that we know where our beacons are. This is going to be one of the most important pronouncements and communications that the Speaker will have made this year. That way, it would be clear that the Speaker has issued a communication that every Member can refer to. It is a very important matter. I am happy that the Supreme Court made its decision. As you are aware, the case was taken to court by the Senate and not the National Assembly. In conclusion, I request that you consider my request of you giving a communication on that matter so that we can use it as a reference. Thank you."
