    "content": "Madam Temporary Deputy Speaker, part of the terms of reference we were working on was: What do you do with documents that have been laid before the House and discrepancies occur? I would like to put it that, in accordance with the Constitution, the provision contained in Section 100, Subsection (3), is clear that the Supplementary Estimates that were presented here by the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister for Finance were actually in accordance with the provisions of the Constitution. Therefore, the question of the Motion being rescinded would be contradicted by that provision in the Constitution."
