    "content": "An examination of the figures in the printed column of the various Ministerial Votes as presented in the Supplementary Estimates shows discrepancies in some cases, and not in others. It should be appreciated that if you look at the Printed Estimates as contained in the green books, which were Estimates that were approved in the year 2008, you will see that you have 26,000 lines. In other words, you have Items, under each of which you have Sub-Items. If you add up all the Sub-Items, you will end up with about 26,000 lines."
