    "content": "Madam Temporary Deputy Speaker, just to allay fears of Kenyans, we sought to reconcile those discrepancies. In one of the annexes, we have listed the Printed Estimates as originally passed in June, 2009. We have also added the discrepancies that existed. If you look at those Votes, they now represent a true picture of what the Supplementary Estimates should look like. It is on that account that one of the recommendations is that the Printed Supplementary Estimates be withdrawn so that corrections can be made. That way, it will reflect a true representation of the Printed Estimates."
