    "content": "We have said here before and I would repeat that there is a serious credit crunch within the cash economy right now. Two weeks ago, the Central Bank of Kenya was forced to pump Kshs32 billion into the money market to stabilize the situation. The Treasury was forced to go into an overdraft of Kshs6.9 billion. We need to help the Minister to get everything correct, so that we quickly pass and adopt what we have agreed here today. We expect the Minister to give explanations, so that we pass the Supplementary Estimates and we move forward. We should learn from the mistakes we have made and move forward."
