    "content": "Secondly, in my definition of a Member of Parliament, I view Hon. Ruku as a self- made politician. Hon. Temporary Speaker, you, Hon. Ruku, many others and I fall in that category. When he first came to Parliament, I saw a young man who was determined to create an independent political path for himself. That is a very rare quality. In Hon. Ruku, I see somebody who is open, brave, courageous, decisive and who has been working like a second or third termer. Therefore, I urge him to maintain his courage, to serve Kenyans and the President diligently, and to work for the image of the Republic of Kenya in his new position. I have no doubt in my mind that he has a promising future in our public affairs."
