Geoffrey Ruku, the nominee for the Ministry of Public Service, Human Capital Development and Special Programmes. One of his key characteristics is that he is always present, which is very important. For you to succeed, you have to show up and be present. He always shows up. That is why most of the time, you find him in this House doing his job. I am sure that when he goes to the Ministry, he will do a good job. I would like to speak about Ms Hanna Wendot Cheptumo. She has a big docket, which is the Ministry of Gender, Culture, the Arts and Heritage.
