    "content": " Hon. Temporary Speaker, I rise on a point of order, pursuant to Standing Order No.95(1). Having listened to Members debate the Motion on appointment and approval of the two nominees, I have read the mood of the House. I have listened to what Members have said about Ms Hanna Wendot Cheptumo and Hon. Ruku, who is my friend representing my neighbouring constituency of Mbeere North. I also represent Mbeere people in my constituency. The mood of the House is to call the Mover to reply. We accept that these two people are well-qualified to serve the country as Cabinet Secretaries. Thank you."
