    "content": "Finding a name like Lenasalon on this Floor is not easy. This is part of the implementation of the new Constitution and the broad-based system of government, where we must take care of minorities, marginalised communities, people who have been left behind for many years, those who never expected to serve in these offices of high calling, women, and people living with disabilities. We have a beautiful Constitution as a country. Today, I am a very proud legislator because we have someone in the name of Lenasalon, being approved in this House as a Principal Secretary. When that man appeared before the Committee, you could clearly see that he did not have any godfather. He appeared to be a man who could only find his way through the broad- based government, ODM or Raila system. You could just see it."
