"content": "You are right in terms of population. We have a bigger population than even the whole of Kilifi County. I know the young man right from the days he was here at Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology (JKUAT) doing a diploma course. He was top of his class. He then did a first degree in electrical engineering and came top of his class. The man has a Master's degree now. He has unmatched integrity. I remember he was working in a place earning him a very big salary at one time. He said he did not deserve that salary because he was not doing enough for the people.
