    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, I want to join my colleagues this afternoon in welcoming the students from Starehe Boys’ Centre and Alliance High School. These are two very distinct and excellent institutions that have produced some of Kenya's finest gentlemen. They are here on a study tour to interact with our staff and Members of the Senate to learn and be molded into the gallant men that we all expect them to be, so that when they take up the role of leadership in this country at the various spheres of life, they will do greater than the present generation.
