    "content": "Madam Temporary Deputy Speaker, thank you for giving me this opportunity to contribute towards the adoption of this Report by the joint Committees. I support the adoption of this Report of the Committee basically because of two reasons. Number one, I am an accountant, and looking at those books, those two Committees virtually did not have enough time to probe and come to the gist of this matter. So, I agree with the recommendation that an independent forensic audit needs to be carried out to really determine whether there was an attempt by the Treasury to defraud the people of this country."
