Personally, I have commented on this issue severally. I have even talked about holding the Deputy Prime Minster and Minister for Finance responsible because the technocrats do not sit in this House. Where will we get them? I do not know who prepared this budget. The person who takes responsibility is the Minister for Finance. He is the one who presented the budget to us. It is not the Permanent Secretary. If there is some weakness in the Treasury, they should fix it there. For us, we hold the Minister responsible.
