This information was relayed to me yesterday after the Senate Business Committee (SBC) sat to deliberate on this matter. Those are details that we did not have when we sat as the SBC. Therefore, I found it to be a valid reason when the Cabinet Secretary indicated that he had scheduled a meeting prior to him being requested to come here. The purpose of that meeting is to discuss cross-border security between the two countries. I think it is a valid reason, which we should be able to accept and allow the Cabinet Secretary to appear next time. Today, we will interact with the Cabinet Secretary in charge of ICT, Hon. Kabogo.
