    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, I also wish to take this opportunity to congratulate the Cabinet Secretary. Cabinet Secretary, my question is more specifically on Northern Kenya where there is insecurity. The Communications Authority of Kenya (CAK) has done some good job especially in my county after pushing them for the past 13 years. They have put up several boosters in certain areas. There are many areas in Northern Kenya where people are still climbing trees to communicate. An attack can happen, but people are unable to reach for any assistance. Do you have any plans to make sure that those areas have connectivity?"
