    "content": "Under Article 96 of the Constitution, the Senate has the responsibility to protect the interests of the counties. Negative ethnicity is engrained in our counties. That is what happens in other countries that we hear about. If we want to promote peace and stability, Parliament should stand with the people to push for the rule of law, democracy, and equity and equality in terms of sharing resources across the Great Lakes region."
