They need to bring to the attention of the Conference that there are more far-reaching resolutions that were passed at the Africa Climate Summit than those of the Paris Agreement. They were passed here in Nairobi. Therefore, as the Kenyan Delegation, we need to take the lead and speak on these issues, so that we just do not quote what has been discussed."
