    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, let me say that I am not aware that there are forces within or outside the Government and even the Minister for Justice, National Cohesion and Constitutional Affairs is one of them. I want to deny that. It is interesting that my good friend would say that and yet, it is the same Government and the same Minister who is attempting to introduce an amendment so that we could have the said 80 new constituencies. There is goodwill in this process!"
