    "content": "Let us not play into the hands of our enemies. Our enemies have said, time and again, that we think about NG-CDF. They do not see that we help Kenyans. They do not see that NG-CDF is for Kenyans. No Member of Parliament benefits from NG-CDF in any way. This is money that builds schools. I plead that we give the Cabinet Secretary a chance tomorrow. Let him come and tell us what plans he has for us. Let him come with the money. For now, even if we suspend the business of the House, we will still wait for him to appear tomorrow. He will not come today."
