    "content": "THAT, efforts to have their matters addressed by relevant authorities have been futile; and, THAT, the matter presented in this Petition is not pending before any court of law or any constitutional or legal body. Therefore, your humble Petitioners pray that the National Assembly, through the Public Petitions Committee: 1. Inquiries into the matter with the view of securing urgent recognition of the Chuka community of Kenya as a tribe of the Republic of Kenya. 2. Makes any other recommendations or actions it deems fit in addressing the plight of the Petitioners. And your petitioners will for ever pray."
