I beg to move: THAT, the Schedule to the Bill be amended— (a) in the proposed amendments to section 2 of the Proceeds of Crime and Anti-Money Laundering Act (Cap. 59A) by— (i) deleting paragraph (a) in the proposed insertion of the definition of the term “dealer in precious stones or metals” and substituting therefor the following new paragraph— “(a) mining operations;” (ii) deleting the proposed insertion of the definition of the term “Public Benefit Organizations Regulatory Authority”;"
