    "content": "The justification for this amendment is that the term “mining operations” as used in the Mining Act covers the extraction or production of precious metals and stones. Secondly, the amendment to the Proceeds of Crime and Anti-Money Laundering Act seeks to remove the non-governmental organisations referred to as “Public Benefit Organisations” from the ambit of regulations and supervision for anti-money laundering and the combating of terrorism. Therefore, there is no need to define the term."
