At the outset, I would like to talk about the nominee to the United Nations (UN) Habitat, the exceptional Madam Nakhumicha. I interacted with her when I worked at the UN while she worked at the University of California as the Head of Supplies. Her demeanour and experience make her a very good fit. I heard Hon.
