    "content": "We are lucky that the Cabinet Secretary is a former Member and has used the NG-CDF in his constituency. The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of this country was a Member of this House and he has used NG-CDF before. Is the Cabinet Secretary keen to release this money before the end of the financial year, so that we do not have college debts carried forward?"
