    "content": " Thank you, Hon. Speaker. You have kept your word by ensuring that the Cabinet Secretary for the National Treasury and Economic Planning is with us today. 1. We would like the Cabinet Secretary to also give us a plan for releasing NGAAF, the same way he has committed to releasing NG-CDF, which is Ksh7 billion per month. Considering that NGAAF is just Ksh3.5 billion, which has already been reduced, we request that this money be released as a lump sum at the beginning of every financial year. 2. The current Cabinet Secretary nominee for Gender, Culture, the Arts and Heritage responded in one of her questions that the increased femicide in this country is due to financial dependency among girls. Could the Cabinet Secretary for the National Treasury clarify where the Ksh500 million shillings for sanitary towels is, now that students are going back to school, so that we do not see a rise in femicide and violence against our girls? It is urgent, like yesterday."
