In fact, it is Government land but we have taken steps to reserve the land for purposes of a squatter settlement scheme. Before the squatters can be given title deeds, the land must be planned, surveyed and registered. For now, it is Government land and until it is reserved as a settlement scheme, we may not be able to do what the hon. Member requires immediately."
