I am surprised to hear the Cabinet Secretary say that Nyeri has been resisting. It is not true. Nyeri has been on the front line in registering the people, and they stand to be part of the biggest beneficiaries. What we do in Nyeri is to follow this programme to ensure that it is working properly."
